Vice President, Healthcare & Investments
Chase joined Creek CRE in July of 2024 as Vice President of Healthcare Real Estate and Investments. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Chase worked for years in commercial real estate primarily representing Healthcare professionals with all their real estate needs. In his CRE career, Chase has worked on numerous healthcare real estate transactions. Chase graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Business and Communications.
Veronica Kay Baker
Associate
Born and raised on the beaches in Southern California, Veronica lived her dream of being a professional surfer. She traveled extensively and sought every opportunity to experience all this world has to offer. After a while, she was pulled in another direction to start a family. While raising her kids, she worked as a fashion editor for a magazine in Orange County and Beverly Hills. Transplanted and landlocked in OKC, Veronica gravitated toward teaching yoga and office administration. With grown kids and more time, she set her sights on real estate. After a year at Keller Williams Central, she has found her heart lies in commercial real estate. As a part of Creek CRE, Veronica will explore all aspects of the business.
Emily Crain
Executive Vice-President
Emily Crain joined Creek CRE in January 2024. She primarily focuses on property and asset management services. Prior to joining Creek, Emily worked for a national property management company. During this time, she gained experience with leasing, forecasting and budgeting to add to her years of commercial real estate, banking and operation experience. Emily attended the University of Central Oklahoma.
MEGAN FORGETY
Office Manager
Megan Forgety joined Creek CRE in February of 2023 as the Office Administrator. While her primary focus is on site-specific social media marketing, reporting, and information dissemination, she’s also responsible for maintaining the Creek CRE work environment, and collaboration and coordination of special events. Prior to joining Creek CRE Megan had 5 years of office administration experience. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Studio Art.
NICK GRAY

Brokerage Services
Nick Gray joined Creek CRE in February 2023 to serve as the Executive Vice President for Brokerage Services when Creek CRE merged with Nick’s company Elevation CRE. Among his executive duties of training new agents Nick’s primary focus is investment & owner occupied sales. Nick originally began his commercial real estate career in 2012 as a sales and leasing agent with Cushman & Wakefield and obtained his brokers license in 2015 where he opened and managed two separate boutique CRE Firms in the Oklahoma City Area before merging with Creek in 2023. Nick is a 2002 graduate of Edmond Memorial High School and earned a B.B.A. in Business Communication in 2007 from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Mitch Hammack

Brokerage Services
Mitch Hammack joined Creek CRE in June 2025 as Vice President of Brokerage Services. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Mitch spent six years with KW Commercial, where he built a reputation for successfully brokering office, industrial, retail, and investment property transactions across Oklahoma. Throughout his career, Mitch has delivered value for clients ranging from local business owners to institutional investors. He is known for his strategic deal-making, market insight, and client-first approach. In addition to sales and leasing, Mitch has extensive experience in property development, acquisition, and repositioning of commercial assets. Mitch graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2020. He is passionate about contributing to the growth of Oklahoma’s commercial real estate landscape and is actively involved in professional and community organizations.
Jason Hogsett
Associate
Jason Hogsett joined Creek CRE in May of 2022 as an Associate. He primarily focuses on sales and leasing in the Office Sector. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Jason worked as an advisor with The Covington Company, handling various residential rental portfolios and multi-family investment sales transactions. Jason graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
Mason Horn
Associate – Accounting
Mason Horn joined Creek CRE’s accounting department as an associate in August 2024. In his role, Mason focuses on day to day bookkeeping including invoicing tenants, processing rent payments, managing account payables & receivables and reconciling bank statements. Mason graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2023 with a bachelor's degree in Sports Media. While at OSU, he worked with the Athletics Communications team, where he gained experience in statistics tracking and record-keeping.
Troy Humphrey
Senior Vice President
With 20+ years of industry experience, Troy Humphrey serves as Senior Vice President at Creek CRE. His responsibilities include property management, brokerage, tenant representation, development, and consulting. Prior to Creek CRE, he was Vice President of Land Run Commercial Real Estate Advisors, assisting clients in all phases - site selection, acquisition, development, leasing, management and disposition. Mr. Humphrey entered the real estate industry in Seattle, WA, with a major residential land development company, and later consulted on large-scale, vertical, mixed-use projects. A native Oklahoman, Troy graduated from Oklahoma City University. He is an active member of Leadership Oklahoma, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and several other real estate and non-profit organizations.
TYLER HUXLEY, SIOR
President
Tyler Huxley is a partner at Creek CRE. He is active in all operations of Creek CRE including brokerage and development. Prior to founding Creek CRE Tyler was a sales and leasing director for Kevo Commercial. Tyler graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in both Marketing and Management.

Kaydn Kahkesh joined Creek CRE in January 2026 as an Associate. Prior to joining Creek, Kaydn acquired a strong foundation in luxury residential real estate, building a reputation for delivering high-level service, strategic market insight, and successful outcomes for clients.
Erich Emil Massad

Erich Emil Massad joined Creek CRE in November 2024 as a Broker Associate. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Erich was a sales director for Kevo Commercial, then, Managing Broker and Head of Leasing at Point Guard Management. Erich graduated from University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Music Business.
Corry Mazza
Vice President, Healthcare & Investments
Corry Mazza joined Creek CRE in July 2024 as Vice President of Healthcare Real Estate and Investments. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Corry spent over 14 years at Patterson Dental as a territory rep for NW Oklahoma, then specialized in dental and medical real estate with another firm. Corry graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

Garrett McGinnis joined Creek CRE in February of 2023 as an Associate. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Garrett worked as an intern for Bedrock Gas Solutions researching the development of blending Methane and diesel with Hydrogen. Garrett graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Pre-Med.

Camden Nightengale joined Creek CRE in January of 2023 as an Associate. He primarily focuses on retail development and brokerage. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Camden worked as a Senior Associate of Development & Investment at Clover Investment Properties in Tampa, FL. Over the last 4 years at Clover, Camden focused on retail development and acquisitions and was responsible for performing due diligence, underwriting, and development management. Camden graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

Alex Samples Joined Creek CRE in September 2025 as an Associate. Prior to joining Creek CRE, Alex interned with both Creek CRE and Brixmor Property Group, gaining experience in commercial real estate and property management. Alex graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Certificate in Real Estate and Property Management.
BRADY SLAVIN
Associate - Asset Management
Brady Slavin joined Creek CRE as an Associate in Asset Management. He began his career as a Sales Trainee at Capital Distributing, where he honed his skills in client relations, sales strategy, and market analysis. With a keen understanding of the importance of client relations, Brady transitioned into asset management in April of 2025. Brady is focused on attention to detail in helping clients manage and grow their investments. Brady has an Associate Degree in Business Management from Northern Oklahoma College.
ETHAN SLAVIN, CCIM
CEO
Ethan Slavin is the managing partner at Creek CRE and oversees the day-to-day operation of the company as well as its strategic growth strategy through development and brokerage. Prior to founding Creek CRE, Ethan spent 18 years learning the commercial real estate industry as the Director of Leasing for JAH Realty, L.P. Ethan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
Johnny Stradal

Johnny Stradal joined Creek CRE in January of 2024. Prior to joining Creek, Johnny was an associate at Hocker & Associates CRE, focusing primarily on Industrial. Johnny graduated from The University of Oklahoma with a degree in Zoology - Biomedical Science.
Aden Struble

Aden Struble joined Creek CRE in May 2024 and is a recent graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned a degree in Marketing and a certificate in Professional Selling. Currently training to become a commercial broker, Aden held leadership roles in his fraternity and on campus during his time at OSU. Passionate about continuous learning and industry growth, he looks forward to connecting with professionals and peers who share his enthusiasm for commercial real estate.
